1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of certifyglobal.store and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. CertifyGlobal is operated from Ireland.
2. Products and Services
CertifyGlobal offers ISO compliance templates (digital downloads) and professional consulting services. All product descriptions are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
3. Digital Products
Digital templates and documentation packs are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials within your own organisation. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of digital products is strictly prohibited.
4. Consulting Services
Remote consulting services (audits, workshops, facilitation, and reviews) are delivered by appointment. Scheduling details will be confirmed by email after purchase. Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. CertifyGlobal reserves the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, documents, and content sold by CertifyGlobal remain the intellectual property of CertifyGlobal. Purchase grants a licence for internal business use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
CertifyGlobal's templates and services are designed to support your ISO certification journey. However, we do not guarantee certification outcomes, as final decisions rest with accreditation bodies. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
